East Bay Momma

A Frugal Momma Providing a Rich Childhood

Over 10,000 Free Books

If you are like me, super busy chasing after a toddler all day, you have very little time for pleasure reading. Maybe a few minutes before bed is about all I do. But I have discovered an awesome Bay Area resource for when I do get back to reading on a regular basis: the Bay Area Free Book Exchange in El Cerrito.

This place is open on the weekends and has over 10,000 free books to choose from. You can also bring your own donations during their business hours or after hours you can drop them through a slot. How freaking cool is that? This is why I LOVE the Bay Area, stuff like this.

If you go or have gone, let me know how it is. I would love to hear if they have a bunch of toddler-level children’s books too since that is what I read the most of these days!
